Kier Realty didn’t start in a boardroom — it started in the heart of our home. We’ve lived the realities our clients face and built this business from a place of compassion, experience, and community responsibility. We don’t just sell homes — we build futures through education and advocacy.
Our Mission
Kier Realty, LLC was founded out of a deep desire to serve — first as a family, then as a movement. What began as a personal real estate journey between Shemika Kier and her husband evolved into an investment group (KAMS Investment Group) and, eventually, a full-service real estate company focused on community impact, education, and financial empowerment.
Inspired by her experience as a consultant and investor, Shemika saw a recurring need: too many individuals and families were being overlooked — renting or buying homes in poor condition simply because they didn’t know better options existed. Kier Realty was born to fill that gap.
